(West Springfield, MA) — After taking a year off, New England’s biggest fair begins today and runs through October 3rd at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield. Vendors and fair officials spent much of Thursday making final preparations. Visitors are reminded that masks are required inside all buildings, including tents that are not fully open to the air.
