TURNERS FALLS, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A third-floor apartment on Third Street in Turners Falls caught fire Friday afternoon, displacing three residents and injuring one pet cat, who received care.
No one was home at the time of the fire, and the cause is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal’s Office. Mutual aid was provided by several surrounding communities, leading to a quick and successful extinguishment.
