Three West County Towns Awarded STRAP Grants For Road Improvements

(Charlemont, MA) — Three western Franklin County towns are among 56 small communities which have been awarded road improvement grants from the state. Shelburne, Heath and Charlemont have all been awarded grants through the Small Town Rural Assistance Program, better known as STRAP. The money will be used to finance specific road improvement projects in each community.
