DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — DA Sullivan & Sons has been awarded the bid for the Tilton Library expansion project. The project received only one bid, which came in at $10.99 million, slightly more than anticipated for this project however the Building Committee has already begun working on making adjustments to the project to accommodate the construction costs and plans to continue moving forward. The project has found some savings utilizing the former Congregational Church as a temporary home for the duration of the construction.
