(Franklin Count, MA) It’s another day of extreme heat. Mass.gov has some recommendations during the hot weather to stay cool and safe, including avoiding direct sun as much as possible and checking on vulnerable family, friends, and neighbors. Remember not to leave children and pets alone in hot cars even with the windows cracked open, watch for heat related stress and slow down as much as possible. Staying hydrated and wearing light weight clothing is also recommended.
