Toll Brothers And Primary Corp To Conclude Boston State Hospital Redevelopment Project

(Boston MA) Today Governor Charlie Baker announced that Toll Brothers in conjunction with Primary Corporation will head up the last part of the Boston State Hospital Redevelopment Project. The entire project will result in 200 housing units, 50 affordable units for seniors, 300 rental units, 45 cooperative town housing units, a Mass Audubon nature center, wildlife sanctuary, facilities for the Brooke Charter High School and Mass Biologics. Food amenities, a farming initiative, daycare, and a shuttle bus to Forest Hills MBTA station will all be provided at the location. Construction will begin in 2021 and will conclude some time in 2024.
