AMHERST, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — It’s the second day of UMass students moving out for the summer ahead of commencement weekend. Travelers can expect traffic delays and possible road closures, especially along Route 9 where paving projects are underway.
Commencement ceremonies will begin Friday at 9 a.m. with shuttles available to and from parking centers.
