(Deerfield, MA) A civil lawsuit has been filed by Eric Granger of Monson, a minority shareholder of Tree House Brewing Co., alleging two majority shareholders in the company are paid ‘excessive’ salaries and secretly invested in real estate. Tree House Co-founders Nathan Lanier and Damien Goudreau have been accused of withholding financial information from Granger, the lawsuit states Granger has been deprived ‘real financial benefit’ from the growing company.
