(Deerfield, MA) Tree House Brewing majority owners have responded to the lawsuit filed in November by a minority stake holder who claimed the majority owners were keeping him from financially benefiting in the company. The majority owners responded by the investor was compensated more than $850,000 in distributions after his initial $10,000 investment, denying any wrongdoing by Tree House Brewing Co. and a request for a trail by jury.
