(National) Tropical storms Marco and Laura are set to make weather history as the first two possible hurricanes to hit the Gulf of Mexico at the same time. If the two storms become large enough in size they may interact reports suggest. A third possible cyclone, named Nana, could also be forming in the next five days. If Marco and Laura do interact, intensity and trajectory predictions could be complicated. While Laura is projected to hit the Eastern Gulf next week on Tuesday, the overall trajectory is unclear. The overall impact on Western Massachusetts should these storms merge is also unclear.
