MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Turners Falls airport has received their over $5 million funds from the Federal Aviation Administration for an asphalt replacement and taxiway realignment. Efforts behind this project date back years with a Special Town Meeting in 2024 vote to approve the remaining 5% of project costs to be paid locally.
