GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield Police have arrested a pair of suspects on multiple charges related to an incident on Friday.
31-year-old Sebret Sanchez of Springfield and 25-year-old Chloe O’Malley of Turners Falls were taken into custody after a three-plus-hour foot pursuit that was preceded by a vehicle stop with the state police on Bernardston Road.
Sanchez is charged with attempted kidnapping, carjacking and unarmed robbery, among others related to alleged incidents that took place during the pursuit that went south from Bernardston Road.
O’Malley is charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and carrying a dangerous weapon. Both o’Malley and Sanchez were arrested on active warrants, in addition to the new charges.
