NORTH ADAMS, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A house fire claimed two lives in North Adams Monday Morning.
Neighbors reported the fire after noticing smoke coming from the residence and told firefighters that there may still be people inside, leading to the discovery of two deceased individuals.
Their cause of death will be determined by the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office and their identities will be made public once next of kin has been notified.
