(Colrain, MA) Update: Greenfield Road in Colrain was temporarily closed Wednesday while police, fire, and Ems crews responded to a two vehicle accident with one of the drivers entrapped. Two Vermont vehicles were on the road when one slid across the road into the oncoming lane and collided with a smaller vehicle. The Jaws of Life were used to extricate the driver of the smaller hybrid vehicle and both were brought to the hospital. A dog in one of the vehicles was also injured.

Colrain Police have reported a two car motor vehicle accident in the area of 50 Greenfield Road. They are asking the public to avoid the area and be careful while driving this morning.
