(Hadley, MA) — A UMass professor has been arraigned on OUI charges after allegedly hitting a baby stroller with her car in a Hadley parking lot. Tammy Haut-Donahue was released on personal recognizance after her arraignment Tuesday, one day after police say she struck a stroller with a child inside in the parking lot of the Mountain Farms Mall. The child was not hurt. UMass officials confirm that Haut-Donahue is a biomedical engineering research professor at the university.
