LEVERETT, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Leverett Selectboard has received new details on the Kittredge housing project on Juggler Meadow Road from Development Manager Joshua Wallack.
In a letter from Wallack to the Selectboard, he discusses two potential splits of the 400 unit plan would have 48 units in Leverett and 352 in Amherst or 150 in Leverett and 250 in Amherst. The project would cost nearly $200 million to complete, with Kittredge owning the property outright.
