DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Deerfield officials have received word from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation that work on Lee Road in South Deerfield will continue well into summer.
MassDOT had originally said that work on the bridge decking over Interstate 91 would be completed in about a month, but now the timeline has shifted significantly. Lee Road will continue to be one-lane until late July, according to the Deerfield Police.
A traffic signal has been installed to assist motorists. Franklin County Now will keep you updated on the situation.
