LOWELL, VT (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Theodore Bland of Stowe, Vermont was sentenced to life in prison in connection with the murders of 21 year-old Jahim Solomon of Pittsfield, Mass and 21 year-old Eric White of Chicopee, Mass. The murders took place on October 12th of 2023 in a mobile home in Lowell, Vermont.
