BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Thursday morning the House voted just before 5:45 a.m. to approve a veterans service bill including several policy changes and tax incentives for veterans. The bill, H4976, increases access to behavioral health treatment, a new local-option property tax exemption, and changes the definition of veteran to align with the US Veterans Affairs Department.
