(Greenfield, MA) The City of Greenfield will be marking Veteran’s Day with a parade and ceremony on November 11th. The parade begins at 10 a.m. from Greenfield Middle School and heads down Federal Street, onto Main Street and westward to Veterans Memorial Mall where a memorial ceremony will take place. The ceremony will include an invocation, the playing of taps, retiring of the colors, and speakers including Christopher Demars, the incoming director of the Upper Pioneer Valley Veterans’ Services District and a decorated retired U.S. Army sergeant major.
