MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Governor Maura Healey has signed legislation to allow the communities of Montague, Gill, Bernardston, Leyden, Northfield and Warwick to vote in a special election for the establishment of the Great River Regional School District.
It has been proposed by the regionalization planning board that the vote coincides with the special election for the Franklin County Technical School building project.
