Ware Man Arraigned Following Deerfield, MSP Cruiser Strikes

(Greenfield, MA) Latif Owens, the 27 year-old Ware man who allegedly struck a State Trooper’s cruiser as well as a Deerfield Police cruiser on February 18th, was arraigned in Franklin County District Court on multiple charges including leaving the scene of personal injury, failure to stop for police, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, operating under the influence of drugs and alcohol, among others.
