WENDELL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Wendell’s Annual Town Meeting will begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4th where residents will be asked to vote on a Proposition 2 1/2 override so the town may fund the budget without using money from the Stabilization Fund.
Also on the meeting warrant is a request to borrow $525,000 to purchase a Tanker Truck for the Fire Department and a resolution to protect those who are transgender, non-binary and gender diverse, similar to one passed in Greenfield City Council earlier this year.
