(undated) — The commonwealth’s two western-most congressional districts may be about to get bigger. The latest U.S. Census data for Massachusetts has been released, and will now be used by Secretary of State William Galvin to redraw congressional districts according to population shifts. And while the exact nature of those changes is still being determined, Galvin says the numbers point to a likely geographic size increase for the districts of Western Mass Congressmen Richard Neal and Jim McGovern. The deadline for the new districts to be redrawn is November 8th of this year.
