(Greenfield, MA) — It’s a good time to have a house to sell in Western Massachusetts. The Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley says home prices continue to rise, up 16 percent over the same period last year. The average number of days single-family homes are staying on the market continues to drop, from an average 80 days last March to just 47 days this year.
