(Whately, MA) — The town of Whately has a budget in place for next year. Whately Annual Town Meeting voters Tuesday night took about 90 minutes to approve all 38 warrant articles, including a series of zoning changes, one of which will allow property owners to construct standalone “accessory dwelling units” on their parcels, under certain conditions.
