WHATELY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Marijuana cultivator and manufacturer, Debilitating Medical Condition Treatment Centers, proposed a land-use bylaw amendment to the Whately Planning Board that would allow marijuana product manufacturing, without solvents, in the Commercial District by special permit. A previous draft of this amendment was withdrawn after concerns about the complexity of the amendment.
