(Whately, MA) — Whately residents will have some zoning changes to consider at this year’s annual town meeting. The Whately Planning Board this week signed off on the new zoning amendments, one of which amends the requirements related to accessory dwelling units, more commonly known as “mother in law apartments.” Another measure would change the zoning on a parcel of property off Egypt Road. Town meeting in Whately is set for June 15th.
