(Greenfield, MA) Construction on Wisdom Way in Greenfield begins this morning, Monday, April 11th. The road will be closed from 56 Wisdom Way to the intersection at River and Mill Streets weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm to replace sewer, water, and gas lines. This construction is expected to run through April 29th.
This is part of a larger reconstruction project for Wisdom Way that includes straightening the roadway, new signage, adding a protected bike path, replacing the retaining wall, and updating the sidewalk. This is set to take over a year to complete.
