ORANGE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A vehicle struck a utility pole on East Main Street in Orange Thursday afternoon. Passersby who witnessed the accident, moved quickly to help the driver until first responders could arrive and others helped with traffic control. The driver was transported to Athol Hospital as no medical helicopters had been available at the time.
