(undated) — Tropical Storm Elsa has forced the cancellation of a state tour of local farms today. A caravan of 40 state officials including members of the Franklin County Beacon Hill Delegation were set to visit four family farms in Franklin and Hampshire counties as part of a fact-finding mission related to local agriculture production. It’s not known if or when the event may be rescheduled.
