Dollar General suing Sunderland over property disagreement

A Land Court petition has been filed Thursday against the town of Sunderland by attorneys for Dollar General. The proposed new store at the corner of Route 116 and Clark Mountain Road was debated over the course of several Zoning Board of Appeals meetings, ultimately leading to a disagreement over whether the property is one or two parcels and the ensuing lawsuit.
