(Greenfield) – Greenfield Fire and rescue crews made quick work of a reported car fire at a Deerfield Street business Wednesday afternoon. The call came in around 3pm reporting multiple cars on fire at Greenfield Auto Salvage. The cars were in a fenced off section between the businesses main building and the Franklin Regional Transit Authority garage. The fire was quickly put down and no structural or building damage was reported. The cause appears to be accidental.
