BERNARDSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Bernardston’s Zoning Board of Appeals voted in favor of Incandescent Brewing Company’s special permit and owners Nate Perry and Mesi Charles-Perry said they plan to run their brewery similar to the former Hitchcock Brewing Co. There will be a 20 day appeals period before the new brewery can open.
