BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Zoning bylaw amendments are taking shape in Buckland. Three revisions include updates the Accessory Dwelling Unit language to match state law, adding pollinator promoting language, and the removal of the term “mobile home,” which the town has deemed “no longer a legally relevant definition” and will be replaced with HUD/manufactured homes and trailers and campers, in relevant positions.
The public hearing on the revisions will be held on Thursday, March 27th at 6:30 p.m. in the Buckland Town Hall.
