SHELBURNE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources has awarded a combined $30,000 to Shelburne and Ashfield for municipal energy technical assistance. The grant was only available to towns with the Green Community designation, gained by committing to reduce municipal energy usage.
