SPRINGFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Hadley man who allegedly possessed toxic chemicals and explosives in his home and was arrested in April, had a hearing in Springfield’s U.S. District Court Wednesday.
Jacob Miller will be held without bail after being found a danger to the community after the FBI found Miller has been distributing plutonium across the country and to foreign countries.
If found guilty, Miller could be subject to fifteen years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
