New Montague library to come before voters in June

MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Montague residents voted in favor of the new library project at the Annual Town Meeting over the weekend, sending it to a ballot vote for a debt-exclusion on June 24th to fund the project.

The estimated project cost is $23.7 million, with the Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program expected to reimburse the town for 48% of the construction costs.
