BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Franklin Regional Council of Governments, FRCOG, is one of the 18 organizations and municipalities to receive part of the $1.25 million awarded Tuesday by the state to address the opioid crisis.
The latest round of funding is part of the Mosaic Opioid Recovery Partnership, an initiative designed to help cities and towns expand prevention, harm reduction, treatment and recovery efforts in ways that reflect the needs of their communities.
