TURNERS FALLS, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — FirstLight’s American properties, including the Turners Falls and Northfield sites, are being bought out by a Maryland-based firm, Hull Street Energy.
The sale price has not been disclosed by either party, however it is expected to be finalized by the end of this year when Hull Street Energy will become one of the largest hydroelectric energy investors in the United States.
