The RP would like them out of the house. Spoke with who said that him and her are stilling living there and brother has left, but still has property there.
Said she has been there for 6 months and gets mail there. This was found to be a civil issue and court options were given.

be putting up “no trespassing” signs and also placing a chain along his driveway to block access.

Narrative: 133 spoke with the RP over the phone. His landlord is currently in the process of evicting him from his apartment because he has been delinquently with paying his rent. The RP states the landlord is trying to prevent him from parking in an area on the property which he has always utilized. It advised him that this would be a civil matter that would have to be dealt with through housing court.20-

officers responded from that area and did not see a vehicle matching that description. clear. Both cruisers came in from the direction and did not observe a vehicle fitting that description.
