GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation, MassDOT, is encouraging individuals who plan to travel during this Memorial Day holiday weekend to plan ahead, expect increased travel volumes, utilize MassDOT traffic resources, and take public transportation when possible.
Today is expected to be the busiest travel day, while Saturday late morning and afternoon also will see heavy traffic, as well as Sunday and Monday midday.
