A deadly crash shut down part of I-91 in Hatfield Monday morning.
The Northwestern District Attorney’s Office says a 30-year-old man was killed after his pickup went off the southbound side of the highway near mile marker 28, crossed into the median and hit several trees.
A German Shepherd believed to have been in the truck was also injured and taken to an emergency animal hospital.
No other vehicles were involved, and the crash remains under investigation.
