The Associated Press has declared Michael Minogue the winner of the GOP primary for Governor, sending him to a November matchup with Governor Maura Healey, who is seeking a second term.
As of 9:30 p.m., Minogue held a 76% to 24% lead over Brian Shortsleeve, with roughly 20% of ballot statewide counted.
