(undated) — A sweeping voting rights reform bill is headed to the Massachusetts House. The state Senate yesterday voted in favor of the measure, which supporters say will make it easier to vote in state elections. The bill calls for the permanent adoption of COVID-era voting changes like vote-by-mail, expanded early voting, and same-day registration, among other changes. It’s expected to encounter greater scrutiny in the House than it did in the Senate, where it passed by a margin of 36 to 3.
