WHATELY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, has announced the end of the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program, canceling all funding applications including Whately’s application for $63,750 for flooding mitigation efforts. Colrain also began work on an application for $30,000 in hazard mitigation planning.
