HEATH, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Heath voters approved the purchase of a new Highway Truck for $125,000 at the Annual Town Meeting Saturday. All warrant articles were approved by the town including increased legal fees as the town continues a lawsuit that has been going on since 2004 with a property owner who wishes to make a road a private way.
