CHARLEMONT, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Those traveling through Charlemont on Zoar Road can expect traffic delays as work has begun on the bridge connecting the towns of Charlemont and  Florida. The construction will include paving between Zoar Road and River Road.
