GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A senior living community is in the works for 75 Oak Hill Road in Greenfield.
The project came before the Planning Board Thursday where Board members discussed the plan for the sixteen units that are all designed as single floor, energy efficient builds. The community is planned to be for those aged 55 and older, who need smaller, efficient, and accessible homes.
One of the major points of discussion was whether the community would be planned as a condominium association or a cluster development, which have different requirements for open space, among other aspects of the project.
