COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Colrain Selectboard has appointed a new emergency management director to replace Jim Lyons after he decided not to seek reappointment.
Nina Martin-Anzuoni will be stepping into the role for a one-year term and has previously worked as an emergency planner with the Franklin Regional Council of Governments.
